“love is a journey not a destination”
recently, our awesome wedding photographer, max wanger, and his equally exquisite girl, margaux, tied the knot in a tucked away los angeles home. and it was, in one word, perfect.

max describes it best:

for a while, we thought we were going to elope. we’re pretty private people and the idea of getting married in front of a lot of people made our stomachs queasy. but we came to the realization (as most do) that it was important to celebrate with our close friends and family. so, instead of eloping, we decided to break our wedding up into 2 days and do things our own way. we got married on a friday night in front of our families and closest friends, followed by a casual dinner full of beautiful toasts and laughter. it was intimate enough that we were able to manage our nerves and we just felt so much love throughout the entire night. on saturday, we had a big party in a family friend’s backyard.
invites by the whimsical rifle design, catering by ricky’s fish tacos and in-and-out burger, and the look, feel, tunes and memories by their terrific flashdance partners-in-crime: event design by the lovely and amazing ashley meaders, videography by sharkpig, tunes by the human jukebox and the hopelessly romantic photos by our labor of love. yes, this was the best party ever.
get ready for some goodness…
