Sylvie in the Sky - Reformation Dresses - NYE Style

My heart buzzes as we tick away the last hours of the year – beaming at the best and brightest while studying the stumbles along the way. And ahead of us – fresh, fierce moments ready to be claimed.

Countdowns and ball drops used to star little black dresses, too much bubbly, and endless dancing at a mega party with an army of friends. Now, our little dude helps us celebrate with too much Frutti Di Mare, a little bubbly, and endless dancing in our cozy home.

We have a few more fabulous NYE fetes left on our dance card, and until T is old enough to be our date, I get to window shop and wish for the dreamy dresses I’d ring the new year in.

My job has some awesome perks, and one of them is we work with brands I adore, like REFORMATION, the creator of super chic everything and all ethically produced in my hometown, Los Angeles. REFORMATION dresses bring out the inner starlet in every woman – and all of us deserve at least one in our closets.

The second perk is we get to work with these beloved brands and create cool stories with them. A few weeks ago, we did just that – a sweet NYE story with the lovely and amazing REFORMATION, a bevy of their beautiful dresses, and a handful of our team, with a special guest little star, T. 🙂

The photoshoot was super fun and T couldn’t get enough of the confetti tossing and ginormous black balloons! And these photos are the sweetest reminder of the New Year’s moments we’ll have when T grows up a little more.

REFORMATION dresses are my go-to for super chic, timeless party style. My dress, the Winslow, is a dreamy draped number in a sea of silk and a Bianca Jagger meets Cher 70’s glam (look at that slit!). This dress begs to be styled and accessorized a hundred ways – beaded deco belt, vintage gold statement necklace, metallic stacked sandals, faux fur anything, a saucy red lip – this dress is everything.

Here are a few more lovely REFORMATION dresses on my party wish list. Which ones are you dreaming of?
