Sundance (Film Fest) and Winter Storm Jonas blew through the weekend with a mighty cloak of white and a puffer-clad army set to catch snowflakes and build their very own Olafs. When the weather gods deal us an icy card, it’s easy for us to default to our usual commuter snow boots, hat, and the tired black, ankle length puffer coat that makes us feel, well, just that. Puffy. Why bother making an effort if the world looks like a snow globe outside our window?
Because Snow Days are magic! And also, with a few of the right snow day essentials, it’s easy to hurl snowballs and sled in a stylish, comfy, and super warm winter outfit. Simply stock your winter closet with these snow day essentials and – poof – you’ll never reach for that tired puffy coat again.
