tea time

“You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me.”
– c.s lewis

hello friends!

first, my apologies for the comment link malfunction. i only discovered last night that my comments link was disabled for 2 days. terrible. they are now up and running and i do hope you enjoyed the last few posts πŸ™‚
now on to some fun stuff.

did you know that today is national iced tea day? what a terrific excuse to sit on a patch of grass in the park with your favorite book and a cool glass of your favorite iced tea! for yours truly, lately i can’t get enough of my favorite pineapple iced tea from gobo. it is perfectly sweetened by the pineapple puree and it is pure heaven.

and when i’m not in nyc, i live by this little recipe to get me through the warm summer days. sometimes i’ll add a sprig of basil or a little ginger, too. πŸ™‚

happy iced tea day, everyone!
