Today, I’m sharing the best healthy and nut free Halloween treats we’ll stock up on this season. These Halloween treats with natural ingredients, nut free, and full of vitamins and minerals, and most are full on Halloween themed. 10 Best Healthy Nut-Free Halloween Treats
When I was little, I remember looking forward to Halloween for the lollipops and fun shaped pretzel treats. My kids are definitely following in my footsteps. I found these amazing natural fruit lollipops from Yum Earth that my kids have been obsessed with. I might just have to hide them to make sure there are some left for Halloween next month!
Yum Earth also makes these amazing natural fruit snacks that come in a bunch of different flavors and shapes. We went with the gummy fruits that are shaped like bats and they’re so cute! These make a great snack to add to your kids lunches too! I also picked up some gummies from Annie’s and Market Pantry because they’re always a hit.
Halloween Shaped Pretzels
I don’t know why, but I feel like pretzels always taste better when they’re shaped to the season. The Halloween shaped pretzels are always a hit with our family and we usually hand them out to trick-or-treaters. This year, we’ll be making boo baskets and these will make a great addition.
This popcorn is around all year long, but they’re too good not to share. If you’re looking for a yummy, healthy popcorn, then SkinnyPop is your kind of snack. You could even make a Halloween popcorn trail mix with other treats to spice up your holiday celebrations.
Halloween Mini Granola Bars
These granola bars are a go-to for us all year long and I love that they made this extra special packaging for Halloween. I’m all about packaging and these are so fun and make the kiddos feel like these are awesome treats. These granola bars are full of healthy fats, antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins and minerals galore, and are also a perfect addition to any kid lunch.
Halloween Veggie Chips
Veggie chips are definitely a fan favorite, especially when they’re shaped like pumpkins and bats. These are really amazing if you’re looking for a healthier alternative to potato chips and they do satisfy that crunch you look forward to when biting into a chip.
Halloween Pirate’s Booty
I feel like Pirate’s Booty is super underrated and it shouldn’t be. This is one of my kids’ favorite treats and we always make sure to keep some around the house, on the go, and basically at all times. So you can imagine how excited I got when the Pirate Booty team came out with a Halloween themed pack that has ghost and bat shaped snack bites. Obsessed!
Halloween Snack Mix
I love trail mix and any kind of snack mixes all year long, but my favorite has got to be the pumpkin and caramel flavors during the fall time. I love the coziness and warm flavors of Fall, and that means caramel or pumpkin everything, and this Monster Munch is a hit every year.
While these may not all be Halloween themed, they are options for what to be for Halloween! I picked up some fun-shaped Goldfish crackers and Annie’s Cheddar Bunnies for some costume inspiration. These are a classic and never disappoint. I also grabbed some sweet potato crisps for those chip loving littles.
Halloween Chocolate Rice Cakes
These chocolate rice cakes are SO good and satisfy any chocolate craving you might be having, especially around Halloween. I know you’re wanting all the chocolate and candy, but try these as a healthier alternative. They make a great snack or addition to your breakfast, and the cinnamon sugar (aka snickerdoodle) ones are just as yummy.
