When I first started working at home, I felt like I was constantly on such a motivation kick to get anything and everything done that I could. I slowly felt myself feeling burnt out and realizing that it was harder to focus on certain tasks. For me, it’s easy to lose track of time when working on something that excites me, but in return, I spend less time on the other priorities. If you’re feeling like it’s hard to focus on one thing at a time or feeling unmotivated, consider adding a few supplements into your wellness routine. There are many wellness supplements that help bring us back to “focus mode” and really help to motivate and inspire productive work habits.
