Now that we are a full month into the new year, many of us may be struggling or second guessing our “New Year, New Me” resolutions and goals. Most of us start the year out waving the Whole 30 flag, championing a new, shiny exercise routine, or other new fitness or wellness trend. Then, when we miss a workout or daily goal, we lose motivational steam, and without much needed wellness coaching, may straight up throw in the towel.
The beauty of podcasts is there is a podcast for every area we need support and guidance. I listen to my favorite wellness podcasts daily, in the car, during my daily beach walk, while I’m soaking in a essential oil bath, while I’m reorganizing the garage, folding laundry, and any other time in between.
I’ve rounded up a few of my all time favorite wellness and motivational podcasts to help us become our best selves this year.
