12 Best Yoga Apps for Self Care

I think we can all agree that the last few months have been clouded with worry, fear, and extra stress. However, we can’t let that stop us from living our best lives and working toward better who we are as individuals. I have found so much comfort in taking just 15-30 minutes a day to focus on myself through yoga and meditation. Before COVID, I used to go to my local yoga studio 2-4 times a week to surround myself with likeminded individuals who just simply wanted to be at peace with themselves. Over the last few weeks, I’ve been really missing my in person yoga classes and my regular yoga practice, so I decided to do my own research to try and find the best yoga apps for at home use. Some of the apps below are free and some have a monthly fee, so I definitely recommend doing some outside research before you download any of these yoga apps. If you’re feeling like you need a little “namaste time,” keep reading to see my 14 Best Yoga Apps and find the right at home yoga app for you!
