I didn’t always practice morning meditation or declare my intentions. Today’s post talks about how and why meditation and intention setting came into my life, and an easy guide to morning meditation and intention setting examples to help you add them to your life as well.
A few months ago, my mind and heart were in a really low place. I was the most stressed in my life, insecure, anxious, exhausted, and felt like I was basically failing in all areas of my life. And while I would try so hard to see the half full side of life, I struggled.
Then one day, I decided to break the cycle. And I started each day with a short morning meditation and declared my intentions for the day.
And just like that, I started to feel GOOD. Grateful. Inspired. Focused. Determined. Confident. 🌟

My morning meditation and intention setting examples. My voice of reason to guide me through the day with purpose. Release the words and let them make magic. When I start my day with these intentions, I feel in control, focused, fired up. When I forget (it happens!) I feel distracted, unprepared, out of control. It’s so weird, but it’s true.
