Pearl San Francisco is a new restaurant darling in the Outer Richmond district, created and operated by the brilliant minds behind Pizzetta 211, one of my favorite pizza spots in all of San Francisco.

Pearl’s dinner menu boasts an array of dishes with locally sourced ingredients. Some of the standouts? Pearl’s pastas – their spaghetti with spicy anchovies and breadcrumbs is on the top of my list to try, seafood plates like halibut crudo, gulf prawns, to a grand oyster platter, all alongside a lineup of beautiful artisanal cocktails.

Pearl’s lunch, which I had the opportunity to experience, is an abbreviated menu of brightly flavored, light and bright dishes like this farro and wild mushroom bowl and goat cheese quiche. A hearty lineup of eapresso drinks and coffee coupled with just baked banana bread and pastries are perfect for the late morning pick me up.

Pearl’s cafe and dining space is equally special. Soaring ceilings, instagram worthy floor tile, cozy leather booths, warm weathered wood tables and cafe chairs, and a handsome wood bar nestled at the heart of the restaurant. Full of sunlight and calming vibes, this is definitely one of my new SF favorites. I’ll be back!
