they won our hearts in Y tu mamá también. then, in their separate ways, they moved us in frida, babel, motorcycle diaries and milk……while charming us in science of sleep. and, on the side, they made a documentary together.

now, two of my favorite actors, diego luna & gael garcia bernal, are reunited on the silver screen in carlos cuaron’s latest film, “rudo y cursi,” a delightful story of two brothers who work on a banana plantation and play on the village soccer team.

it was a darling at sundance ’09…..and last week’s tribeca film fest…..and this week’s san francisco international film fest.

and with all this buzz, it will be gracing nationwide theatres very very soon…..

get your popcorn ready.
