When it comes to the topic of How to Manifest Anything We Want, it takes a few steps, consistency, and commitment. The last 6 months I’ve loved manifesting and learning more about my most authentic self with the guidance of the To Be Magnetic community, and if there is one lesson that has helped me significantly it’s this – if we want change, we must move to make this wish come true. (Positive) thoughts alone can’t give us what we want. Every day, even the tiniest action is a step in the right direction. Action attracts the things we want most in life, period.
And even though this sounds so basic, I find myself amazed at all the things I’ve wished for over the years but never moved towards, due to some distraction or excuse. Too tired, too much work, not enough money, no resources, mom life, you name it, I’ve probably used the excuse.
But not anymore. Every month I have a ritual of meditating, writing down the things my heart truly wishes for, and a short, achievable list of things I can do every week to get me there. The easy goals is the key for me – I used to write loooooong lists of things I wanted to do from big to small, and since the list was so long, I didn’t know where to start and just left it as just that – a list. With 2-3 mini tasks ever few weeks, I can see the progress and feel motivated to keep going. I see my dreams getting closer, and I reach higher.
Here are 4 easy steps when it comes to How to Manifest Anything We Want. Every month, this is my process, and I feel like my life has been changing everyday for the better. I’m moving towards my definition of my best self, and each day feels a little more like my best life.
How to Manifest Anything We Want in 4 Steps
1. Meditate: Find a quiet space and time to lay down, close your eyes and meditate for 15-30 minutes. I do a guided meditation from To Be Magnetic, Shaman Durek, or Dr Joe Dispenza.
2. Ask the Heart: As you meditate, ask your heart what your best, happiest life looks like for you in 1 year, 5 years. Listen closely, see this life come to you in your meditation – what are you doing, who are you with, what are the details of this best life that are different from today?
3. Capture: After the meditation, sit up slowly, pick up your manifestation journal (any journal you can use as a space to write down your thoughts and wishes and intentions), and write down the details of this best, happiest life. What was your job? Where were you living (geographical location, etc), who were you surrounded by? What were you doing throughout the day that brought you bliss?
4. Simple Steps: Looking at this best, happiest life – write down in your journal a few things you can do today (that is different from your usual routine) that can get you closer to that best life. From new habits to new connections to taking the leap to send that letter to the recruiter of that dream job, what are a few actions you can take now that you see yourself doing in this future? Keep this short to do list with you and revisit it everyday to keep focused on this best life goal. This is the map to your best life. Add more to this map/list if you feel called to, and watch life shift and change for the best.
I wish for all of us this weekend to spend a few quiet moments listening to what the heart wants, write it down, and 2-3 achievable things we can do to set this change in motion. And in a month I’ll check back on us and we’ll do this again.
