north star

“don’t dwell on who let you down, cherish those who hold you up.”

happy monday, friends!
i hope everyone had too much fun and got plenty of rest this weekend. πŸ™‚ {i think it’s possible to do both!}
when monday rolls around, my mind always flashes 2 thoughts –
1. maybe i can call in sick and no one will care {this is not true, since my mondays are filled with a zillion meetings, but i try and convince myself!}
2. one more hour of sleep couldn’t hurt!Β
so to help beat these monday blues, i’ve peppered a few bright and hopeful pieces in my kitchen. they instantly brighten up the morning and have me dreaming big…and i thought i’d share these with my favorite friends, too πŸ™‚

my dreamy friends, what’s your north star?Β
here’s to the great things to come…

friends, your sweet thoughts and inspiring comments are the bright spot of my day. please make the jump, hang out and share what’s on your mind. πŸ™‚

    Catching up with all of your lovely posts… I truly believe in the 3rd quote – life is about creating yourself! Here’s to “creating” someone we can be proud of!!

    I certainly felt the pain of Monday this morning-I tried to reset the alarm (just a few more minutes!) and ended up knocking over an open (how did that happen?) bottle of nail polish! Oye!
