Sunscreen is a must in my skincare regimen, regardless of the weather. Sunscreen protects our skin from the sun’s ultraviolet, or UV, rays that trigger harmful changes in your skin. The Skin Cancer Foundation recommends everyone wear sunscreen whenever we are exposed to the sun, regardless of our tendency to sunburn or tan, and regardless of skin color.
There are so many types of sunscreens to choose from, from chemical sunscreens to mineral sunscreens to multipurpose sunscreens. I prefer using products that have sunscreen in the product, whether its a primer or a moisturizer, since it removes a step from my already busy morning routine.
