“to feel valued, to know, even if only once in a while, that you can do a job well is an absolutely marvelous feeling”
– barbara walters
when i started this little blog, it was with the purpose of being an escape from my zany work life, which i love but also leaves me spent at the end of each week.
so a promise i made to myself was to talk about everything thing outside of work that i love….to keep me inspired by things beyond my 4 office walls.
but sometimes, there are moments in my career where i feel an overwhelming sense of pride for what i do.  during these moments, i thank my lucky stars to have found a job that i love to do every day. and when these times come around, i like to share them with my wonderful friends.  🙂
so this week, our company found out that 10 of our pieces were selected by lucky magazine’s editors as some of their most wanted styles this season! hooray!!! and the category that i am the buyer for, accessories, had 3 of the 10 items. i was shocked and thrilled and did cartwheels down the hall all at the same time.  🙂
so for my fellow recessionistas out there, i hope you find a few of these pieces flirty and fun and on your most wanted lists, too! we have some pretty cool stuff in store for winter and beyond…some come on by and take a peek!
here’s to loving what you do.
